Dual Sport, where the Road Ends, the Adventure Begins

Dual sport is something that we do at R.E. Cycle. We have seen many, many acres of off road riding area lost over my lifetime and street legal dual sport bikes will remain the viable alternative for off road riders to stay active and enjoy some of the skills that they developed when riding off road.

            We encourage riders to show courtesy to other road/trail users in order that we may continue to do what we do with a little opposition as possible. We encourage street legal motorcycles on these routes with quiet mufflers and we will remind you that all local state and federal laws apply. Dual sport is a lot of fun and we hope that everyone can enjoy this for a long, long time. We see dual sport in our area as “dirt road touring” since we have access to Chadwick motorcycle use area and most people will prefer to take a “real“ dirt bike down there. Pack a lunch, use common sense, and have fun!

            These routes are all laid out on public roads or trails that are legal for street legal motorcycles. If you doubt your riding skills, you might not want to ride any of these routes. Motorcycle riding can be inherently dangerous and there is risk everywhere that you go. There is also a lot of fun to be had. R.E. Cycle is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
